    Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its established team, working closely with senior lawyers and a diverse client base across a range of industries.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys sophisticated advisory work, values strong client relationships and is looking to take greater ownership of matters while contributing to the development of the broader team.

    What you'll work on
    Depending on your background and areas of interest, your practice may include:
    • Technology and commercial contracting
    • Privacy and data protection matters
    • Cybersecurity and data-related advisory work
    • Regulatory and compliance matters
    • Advice relating to emerging technologies and digital risk
    • Technology projects, transactions and procurement
    The practice works across a diverse client base, giving you exposure to both established and emerging issues at the intersection of law, technology, data and business.

    Skills & experience
    You will be an experienced technology, privacy and/or cyber lawyer ( 5+ years PAE ), ideally coming from a leading mid-top tier or in-house team.

    At this level, you’ll bring:
    • Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
    • Experience advising on technology, privacy, cyber or related regulatory matters
    • The ability to translate complex issues into clear and commercially focused advice
    • Confidence managing matters and engaging directly with senior clients and stakeholders
    • A practical and collaborative approach
    • An interest in client relationship development and mentoring junior lawyers
