- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Experience advising on technology, privacy, cyber or related regulatory matters
- The ability to translate complex issues into clear and commercially focused advice
- Confidence managing matters and engaging directly with senior clients and stakeholders
- A practical and collaborative approach
- An interest in client relationship development and mentoring junior lawyers
