They are seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to join their collaborative national P&C team in a true generalist role where no two days are the same.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll become a trusted advisor to Partners and business leaders, supporting your own client groups across the full employee lifecycle.
This is far more than a traditional HR advisory role. You'll combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, playing a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talented people while contributing to firm-wide People & Culture initiatives.
You'll have the autonomy to influence decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships and help shape the employee experience across the business.
Your Day Could Include
✔ Partnering with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused people advice
✔ Managing end-to-end recruitment across your client groups
✔ Supporting graduate and early careers programs
✔ Coaching managers through employee relations and performance matters
✔ Driving engagement, development and succession planning initiatives
✔ Analysing workforce data and identifying trends
✔ Contributing to strategic People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You'll be an experienced HR or People & Culture professional who enjoys variety and building strong relationships.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience in a People & Culture Advisory or Business Partnering role
- Previous experience in professional services firm(s)
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Confidence interpreting people data and translating insights into meaningful actions
- Professional services experience will be highly regarded
